This Privacy Policy describes how BlueBolt Technology Management ("BlueBolt", "we", "us") handles data in connection with our internal analytics application (the "Software"). The Software is used solely by BlueBolt for its own internal business reporting and is not offered to the public.

What Data We Access. The Software connects to BlueBolt's own QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's API and reads BlueBolt's accounting and financial records (such as customer, invoice, and profit-and-loss data). It accesses only BlueBolt's own company data and no data belonging to any other organization.

How We Use It. Data is used exclusively to generate internal reports on profitability, labor, and operational performance. It is not used for any purpose outside BlueBolt's internal management.

Data Storage and Security. Data retrieved by the Software is stored locally on systems controlled by BlueBolt. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Data Sharing. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose this data to any third party. The data is not transmitted to any external service and remains within BlueBolt's own environment, except as necessary to connect to Intuit's API in accordance with Intuit's terms.

Retention. Data is retained only as long as needed for internal reporting and may be deleted at BlueBolt's discretion.
