End User License Agreement
BlueBolt Technology Management · Effective July 18, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the internal analytics application (the "Software") developed and operated by BlueBolt Technology Management ("BlueBolt", "we", "us"). The Software connects to BlueBolt's own QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's API to produce internal financial and operational reporting.

1. Internal Use License. The Software is proprietary to BlueBolt and is licensed for internal business use by authorized BlueBolt personnel only. It is not offered, sold, sublicensed, or made available to the public or to any third party.

2. Restrictions. The Software may not be distributed, resold, leased, or provided as a service to any outside party. No third party is granted any right to access, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BlueBolt.

3. Data Access. The Software accesses BlueBolt's own accounting data solely to generate internal reports. It does not access data belonging to any other company. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty. The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. As the Software is for BlueBolt's own internal use, use is entirely at BlueBolt's discretion and risk.

6. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
